By accessing or using the MemClaw service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service provides persistent memory storage, semantic search, and entity extraction for LLM-based agents. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content stored through your API keys.
You may not use the Service to store illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or exceed rate limits in a way that degrades service for other users.
We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service: account information (email, organization name), memory content submitted through the API, and standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps).
Memory content is stored encrypted at rest and is isolated per tenant. We do not sell, share, or use your memory data for training models. Your data belongs to you.
We may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve the Service.
Active memories are retained for the duration of your subscription. Archived memories are retained for 90 days after archival, then permanently deleted.
Upon account deletion, all associated data (memories, entities, API keys) is permanently removed within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.
Free tier accounts with no API activity for 90 consecutive days may have their data automatically archived.
We target 99.9% uptime for the API on paid plans, measured monthly. Free tier accounts are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee.
Planned maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice when required for security or stability.
Rate limits and quotas vary by plan tier. Exceeding limits results in HTTP 429 responses, not data loss.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall MemClaw or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
